CSC Accords Prime-HRM Bronze Award to SDO Makati

SDO – Makati City is now PRIME- HRM Bronze Awardee.
 
A PRIME- HRM Bronze Awardee is an organization recognized for its outstanding human resource management practices. PRIME HRM stands for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, an initiative by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to promote excellence in HR management among government agencies and instrumentalities .
 
To become a Bronze Awardee, an organization must demonstrate compliance with civil service laws, rules, and regulations, as well as meet specific maturity levels in four core HRM areas:
 
1. Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) – Ensuring fair and transparent hiring processes.
2. Learning and Development (L&D) – Providing training and development opportunities for employees.
3. Performance Management (PM) – Establishing clear performance standards and evaluating employee performance.
4. Rewards and Recognition (R&R) – Recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance.
 
The PRIME HRM Bronze Award is a prestigious recognition of an organization’s commitment to excellence in human resource management.
 
This recognition is being awarded by Mr. Cesar Gardoque Jr., Director II, Makati Field Office, Civil Service Commission.
 
Schools Division Superintendent Ma. Evalou Concepcion A. Agustin recognized the effort of all the men and women of SDO Makati City in achieving this milestone. She further said, that the journey is very challenging but rewarding.
